  • Create introductory short and long videos for national conventions, provincial meetings, educational events and board meetings.

  • Work within the Communication team to determine best circulation of news, Fraternity updates, events, and more to over 300,000 stakeholders.

As a communications intern, I manage the Facebook, twitter, instagram and wordpress blog sites with another intern for the Kentucky State Fair. I build relationships with potential fair-goers and act as a liaison between visitors fair board members. I also write press releases which have gotten recognition from the Courier Journal and local business pages.

I create relationships between clients, manage times between large projects and stay busy at a fast pace. I have learned that public relations is most definitely the field for me. 
I love the communication and relationships I am forming on a daily basis. I worked closely with the Safe Sleep state-wide campaign for Imagewest. I put together the Moms Everyday portion of our campaign and was able to get a temporary website uploaded and targeted towards new moms, teen moms, dads and experts of safe sleep.
